Macat Textile (Anhui) Co., Ltd. is a large-size textile enterprise that was established by purchasing the formal Anhui Tianma Textile (Group) Co., Ltd. or Bengbu Textile Mill and is one of the Top 50 Enterprises of An’hui Province as well as a key cotton textile company in the province.
Macat Group is a large-scale enterprises group with hi-technology as its main business and Macat Group Textile Co., Ltd. is one of the five key industries (namely optical machinery, textile and light industry, biological and pharmacy industry, precision electrics, investment and trade) supported and emphasized by the Group. Taking the advantages brought by the reform of government-owned companies, Macat Group Textile Co., Ltd. has successfully re-organized a number of textile companies in Jiangsu, Xinjiang and Guizhou through purchasing or amalgamation. Till now it has successively established Macat Textile (Nanjing) Co., Ltd., Macat Textile (Wusu) Co., Ltd. and Macat Textile (Guiyang) Co., Ltd.
The former Bengbu Textile Mill was founded in 1958 as a government-owned 2nd-level large-scale textile mill engaged in production of 100% cotton, polyester and mixed yarns and gray fabrics. Its “Diehua Brand” yarns and threads and “Wild Goose Brand” gray fabrics have won “High Grade Product” for several times from relevant Ministry and Province departments, thus enjoying good reputation in both domestic and overseas markets. After the purchasing of new mills, Macat Group Textile Co., Ltd. has reached overall assets of RMB210 million and a total area of 240,000 square meters. The company now is equipped with 85,000 sets of yarn spindles (including 1000 sets of OE spindles), 17,000 sets of thread spindles, 1,000 sets of looms, two polyester fiber production lines and complete facilities for garment making. Its annual output totals over 12,000 tons of yarns and threads, 24 million meters of gray fabrics, 1,200 tons of polyester fiber and 100,000 pieces(sets) of garments.
Macat Textile (An’hui) Co., Ltd. now owns a staff of more than 4,000 employees, of whom 375 are professional technicians. Under the company are 8 different function departments and 10 sub-companies (workshops), a keen-witted and rational organization structure which represents a working style and culture featured of high efficiency.
Macat Textile (Anhui) Co., Ltd. is equipped with various advanced facilities, namely, Blowing & Carding United Machine by Germany TRUTZSCHLER, RSB Drawing Frame by Switzerland Rieter, Zinser 660 Roving Frame by Germany Zinser, AC238 Automatic Winder by Germany Schlafhorst as well as the advanced FA spinning machines, intermediate frequency rotor spinning machines and super-width shuttle looms made in China. Our products cover carded or combed yarns, thread, core-spun threads in cotton, polyester, acrylic, polynosic, silk and wool or mixing of them from 1 to 100 counts and dyed, PFP and leather base fabrics in width of 96.5CM-160CM. Yarns are further divided into weaving, knitting, socks making and underwear manufacturing categories, which has won a good reputation among customers because of their high quality. We also own the garment manufacturing lines imported from Germany and can produce middle and high class shirts, suits, jeans wear and knitwear. Our products are very popular in both domestic markets like Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Fujian, Shanghai, Shandong and other countries and regions like Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, South Korea, Japan, Russia, USA and Middle East.
